Explanations Of Gravestone Transcription Sources
(Noted in parentheses in Comments field)

The source abbreviations used in the database often refer to the body of work from an author or authors, so some entries list multiple works.   The comments section for a cemetery or gravestone entry sometimes indicates which of those several works is referred to for that entry.   In parentheses after some titles you will publication information for books, or call letters for books and manuscripts at NEHGS or other repositories.

Note that this list of sources is still a work in progress.   I am compiling it while I am revising the cemetery descriptions.   Until that process has been completed this list will be incomplete, as shown by some entries whose abbreviations include question marks.
