HUDSON.William Hudson (from Lancaster or what is now probably Leominster) settled in W. B. and m. Experience, D. of John Willis; his will dated 1728; no children; his wife and Dr. Joseph Byram Ex's.; he was a mason, and built Rev. Mr. Keith's tomb.William Hudson was made free at Boston 1631, and allowed to keep an ordinary (tavern) there 1640; he was probably the ancestor of all the Hudsons here.Daniel Hudson and wife and two daughters were killed by the Indians at Lancaster 1697.
2. Daniel (brother of William 1) m. Mary, D. of William Orcutt 1697, and settled in S. B., and had Mary 1701, Daniel 1704, William 1707. He m. Abigail wid. of John Fobes 1739; he d. 1750, æ. 73; she 1762.Mary m. Isaac Lazell 1719.
