Jacob 2nd m. a Hayward had two ds. Hannah, and Olive. He afterwards m. a Willis; had two ss. Stillman, and Jason; and three ds. Susanna, Samantha, and Polly. Hannah m. a Lathrop; Lemuel m. a Morey, lives in Maine. Thomas lives in New York.
2. Lemuel was a Captain in the French war; made an excellent officer and was universally esteemed, wherever known.
Capt. Lemuel Dunbar died 1762, aged 31.

4. Nathaniel went into the army with his brother; was taken prisoner, and died.

Silas 2nd m. a Reynolds; was a Captain in the militia. He moved to Maine; Josiah m. a Perkins; Reuel m. a Willis; Joseph m. an Allen; lives in East Bridgewater; Thomas m. a Thayer; Perez m. his brother Reuel's widow.
Was a descendant of Samuel Edson, who came from Salem, and was an early settler in Bridgewater. He m. an Orcutt; had six ss. Benjamin, Peter, William, Seth, Ichabod, and Ebenezer; and two. ds. Joanna, and Abigail. Joanna m. Isaac Perkins; Abigail m. Josiah Perkins.
