Seeking information on James ROBINSON, Jr., b. about 1811, and apprenticed to Nathan UNDERWOOD, Esq., from 15-Dec-1824 to 03-Sep-1832, when he was 21 years old. Josiah PAINE called James Jr. an "Englishman". James Jr. was found dead in a salt pound 22-June 1841. Where did James come from? Who were his parents? How did he get to Harwich?

Barbara SMALL or SMALLEY was born circa Oct-1776 in Harwich (birth not recorded) to Joseph SMALL (son of Benjamin SMALL & Patience BAKER) & Mercy GODFREY. She married 1) Reuben BURGESS 29-Mar-1796 at Falmouth and had 6 children, 2) William PHINNEY 28-Mar-1813 at Falmouth and had 3 more children, and 3) John SAWTELLE 16-Apr-1837 in Kennebec Co., ME.
She died 29-May-1860 aged 83y 7m 20d at Harwich and is buried in the Harwich Centre Cemetery, where her gravestone reads "SAWTELLE / Barbara / Wife of / John Sawtelle / Died May 29 1860 / aged 83 years 8 mos. / She has gone to the mansions of rest"
Who were her siblings? In Joseph SMALL's household in 1790 there were 7 females, two males under 16 years, and 3 males over 16. A large family! Were any of them the following? Joseph Jr., James, John S., Benoni, Eunice?
Barbara's mother, Mercy GODFREY, may have been sister to Mary, Barbara, & Keziah GODFREY. Was her father Jephthah or Uriah GODFREY? I would love to know more about her siblings and her mother's parents!
