   NOTE. — In an account book kept by Joseph Hammond, is the foll.:   "Father Hammond died in 1777, in the 58th year of his age.   Mother Hammond died 1774, aged 52d year."

   2.   DAVID, said to have been a bro. of the preceding, was for sev. yrs. a resident of Hing.   The chris. name of his w. was Elizabeth.   She d. 6 Oct. 1793.   David was drowned in Hing. harbor, 10 Feb. 1786, æt. 33 yrs.

Sept. 15, 1772, and d. 15 Sept. 1848, æt. 76 yrs.   He d. 25 Jan. 1835, æt. 59th yr.   "Carpenter."   Resided on North St., near the harbor.
